Refund Policy, the basics

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for products purchased through the Soulful Transitions website.

Our goal is to provide clear expectations while ensuring fairness for both customers and the creator of the materials.

1. Digital Products

Digital products may include:

  • downloadable workbooks

  • PDF guides

  • digital reflection tools

  • other downloadable resources

 

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are generally non-refundable.

 

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or revoked. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • duplicate purchases of the same product

  • technical issues preventing access to the product

  • accidental purchases

 

Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of purchase.

2. Books Purchased Through Third-Party Retailers

Books purchased from external retailers, such as Amazon or other online bookstores, are subject to those retailers' refund and return policies.

 

Please contact the retailer directly for:

  • refunds

  • exchanges

  • shipping issues

  • damaged items

 

Integrative Soulful Transitions does not process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems downloading or accessing a purchased digital resource, please contact us so we can assist.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

4. Unauthorized Distribution

Purchased materials are intended for personal use only.

Refunds may be denied if there is evidence that the purchased materials have been:

  • redistributed

  • uploaded publicly

  • shared commercially
